The first contact is usually via email or phone in which we discuss the wishes of the client and Andaluza Estates introduces the business and its employees. When the client is on the Costa del Sol, a meeting is scheduled to further get to know each other and to explain about the process of buying a property in Spain.
Gerda de Jager or one of her colleagues then takes one or two days to show the client around the properties they wish to see. This can be bank repossession projects, new developments, resale properties, and commercial properties such as restaurants and bars.
Going the extra mile
Andaluza Estates gives a lot of personal attention to their clients. It doesn´t matter if you are buying a € 100.000 apartment or a € 2.000.000 villa, you are equally important to them.
After the sale Gerda de Jager and her team will keep on providing aftercare by recommending handymen, furniture stores, lawyers, and utility services.
For many of their clients Andaluza Estates holds the keys to the properties, so in case of an emergency they have access or can check if everything is alright in an empty house.
